Why isn’t my promo code working?
Promo codes always contain qualifiers; Please make sure you have reached the right amount of pre-tax sales dollars, the correct number of items, or any of the other conditions that apply to the promotion. Please verify that you have provided the correct code.
How much is shipping and handling?

Something I purchased is now on sale. Can I receive a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, due to high demand for merchandise and availability issues, we do not currently allow price adjustments.
How do I know if my order is complete?
You’ll see a confirmation page after you complete your shopping experience. Then, you’ll receive a confirmation email detailing the items you purchased, estimated ship date, and final cost.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email that contains tracking information and links. Please note that it may be 1-2 business days for tracking information to appear.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
Sometimes, UPS delays can occur. If your package doesn’t arrive within the timeframe quotes on www.gabrielakabande.com, please call 619 710 4928 or contact us via email at info@gabrielakabande.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you. If necessary, we can help you file a UPS claim. Investigations into UPS shipments usually take 2-3 weeks.
